I was recently told that I look very American. This is true, I am and feel very American...tall, broad-shouldered, fast-walking, taking bad pictures of myself on airplanes, American. I miss: Pumpkin pie, dental floss, carne asada burritos and Mexican tortillas, the Pacific, understanding cultural jokes.
I love: The chill of Madrid in fall, Spanish tortillas, leather boots, yellow sunlight, rain, chestnuts, a clean Metro system, the Prado.
